England v Belgium - Player Escort Prize Draw

Please help Alzheimer's Society raise funds by entering our prize draw.

An exciting opportunity for your child to be a player escort at the Men's Senior England v Belgium match at Wembley Stadium on Tuesday 26th March (KO 7.45pm).

We have 5 spots up for grabs in this prize draw, 2 with the England team and 3 with the Belgium team. This once in a lifetime opportunity is for your child strictly between the ages of 6-10 years old to be a player escort and step out on to the pitch at Wembley.

This unforgettable experience includes:

• A full England kit for your child to take home (trainers not included).
• A pre match experience for the child of food at the stadium and watching the players arrive close up as well as them watching the players warm up from pitch side (both England team and opposition).
• The child to line up in the tunnel with the teams, alongside an England or Belgium player and walk out on to the pitch for kick off.
• 4 tickets to watch the game (1 for the child and 3 for parents/carer/family)

• Each winner wins 1 spot for 1 child.
• Winner will be drawn and contacted on 12th March by midday.
• On winning the prize you must complete a medical form and photo consent form for your child by 14th March. If you fail to do so your place will be offered to another entrant.
